We are fortunate to have come this far, but the support and activities we offer rely on your donations and fundraising activity.
Can you bake, run, walk or cycle? Sponsored silences, silly walks, marathons, epic journeys, … Any fundraising efforts, large or small are very welcome and we’re here to help you promote your activity on this page and on our social media channels.
MindSpace Stamford works to improve mental health and wellbeing for the people of Stamford and the surrounding areas. We are continually developing our range of support and services to meet increasing demand, particularly following the Covid-19 pandemic. We want the activities that we offer to remain free of charge for the whole community and we also continue to work with our local schools and businesses to promote a greater understanding of the 5 ways to wellbeing.
