Our activities

Our calendar of activities is designed to help you introduce the 5 ways to wellbeing into your daily life. All activities are open to anyone in the local area and are completely FREE of charge. If you can afford to, please consider making a donation for attending our events.

Many of our activities are now moving back indoors or face to face. To help us manage numbers and account for ‘track and trace’ we are now using an online booking system for all our activities. Please select from the list of activities below and click to book. To find out how things will be different at 39 Broad Street under Covid-19 restrictions, please click here to download our guide.

We know that it can be difficult to make that first step – anyone is welcome to attend so please feel free to come with a friend or relative. Just make sure you book 2 places so that we can keep a check on numbers.

If you have any questions, please send us a message. Please note that attendance at our events is subject to our code of behaviour.

Can we do more?

Our ever-growing range of activities currently includes drop-in caf├ęs / tea and chat sessions, yoga, mindfulness, art therapy, movement for wellbeing, a men’s group, shared reading, nutrition, MindSpace Socials for young adults, boxing, group walks and sketching classes. We are a community-led charity and your views are important to us. If you have any comments regarding our current offering, or if you have any suggestions for events you’d like to see at MindSpace, please feel free to let us know.
