Our calendar of activities is designed to help you introduce the 5 ways to wellbeing into your daily life. All activities are open to anyone in the local area and are completely FREE of charge. If you can afford to, please consider making a donation for attending our events.
Given the current climate, all of our events have gone back to being online. We hope to get back to face-to-face sessions as soon as possible but safety has to come first. For those most in need or who are unable to connect with others online, we are still able to offer our tea and chat sessions in person. Please note that numbers are limited and you must book you place in advance. To request your place, please email us.
We know that it can be difficult to make that first step – anyone is welcome to attend our online sessions so please feel free to join with a friend or relative. Just make sure you book 2 places so that we can keep a check on numbers.
Can we do more?
Our ever-growing range of activities currently includes drop-in cafés / tea and chat sessions, yoga, mindfulness, art therapy, movement for wellbeing, a men’s group, shared reading, nutrition, MindSpace Socials for young adults, boxing, group walks and sketching classes. We are a community-led charity and your views are important to us. If you have any comments regarding our current offering, or if you have any suggestions for events you’d like to see at MindSpace, please feel free to let us know.
