Our activities

Our calendar of activities is designed to help you introduce the 5 ways to wellbeing into your daily life. All activities are open to anyone in the local area and are completely FREE of charge. If you can afford to, please consider making a donation for attending our events. Please note that all our activities are for adults (18+) only.

We know that it can be difficult to make that first step – anyone is welcome to attend our online sessions so please feel free to join with a friend or relative. Just make sure you book 2 places so that we can keep a check on numbers.

If you have any questions, please send us a message. Please note that attendance at our events is subject to our code of behaviour.

Can we do more?

Our ever-growing range of activities currently includes drop-in caf├ęs / tea and chat sessions, yoga, mindfulness, crafting, movement for wellbeing, a men’s group, shared reading, nutrition, MindSpace Socials for young adults, boxing, group walks and sketching classes. We are a community-led charity and your views are important to us. If you have any comments regarding our current offering, or if you have any suggestions for events you’d like to see at MindSpace, please feel free to let us know.
