A map of opportunities!
Everything we do at MindSpace is based on the 5 ways to wellbeing as there is clear evidence that you can improve your mental health by introducing 5 simple actions into your daily life: Connect, Learn, Be active, Give and Take notice. In preparing this map our volunteers spoke to people across the Stamford community to discover how local residents engage with the 5 ways to wellbeing and what they would recommend to friends. The results have been displayed on a map that has been beautiful designed by Sam Roddan of Art Pop-Up, a Stamford-based non-profit arts organisation.
