Salary: £6,158.31 (£23,949.00 Pro-rata)
Hours: 12 per week
Base for work: MindSpace Community Wellbeing Garden, Uffington Road Allotments
Job Description:
MindSpace Stamford is looking for a new member of our team to lead therapeutic and social horticulture activities and who will help our volunteers and gardens to grow.
This is a vital role for the charity, working alongside colleagues to lead on our Wellbeing Garden; delivering the grant funded ‘Grow Together Project’ as well as taking a broader role in the development and coordination of the garden.
We’re looking for someone with a passion for people as well as plants, who will share our love of nature, community and connection and recognise the importance of all of these in maintaining, empowering and supporting positive wellbeing.
